We can accommodate up to 100 at a standing reception in the museum; for larger numbers, please ask about marquee hire.

For smaller groups we can set up in one of the smaller galleries to ensure an intimate gathering.
From £1,650 + VAT

For exclusive use, for up to 3 hours.

Our venue hire fee includes use of all museum spaces for the duration of your event, with a museum event manager.

Please ask about rates for marquee hire, or if you would like a longer event.
Bespoke Catering

Our preferred caterers will design a bespoke food and beverage package, from canapes to grazing food, savoury to sweet.

Delight your guests with a cheese bar or whisky tasting.

Choose from wines, sparkling and champagne, beer, soft drinks and tea and coffee.
Extras

Enhance your event to make it even more memorable, with a piper to welcome your guests.

Enliven your event with a DJ; impress your guests with a gift bag.

We can also provide small group tours or a keynote speaker.
Uniform try-on

Having a party? Offer your guests the opportunity to try on a Guards or combat uniform and pose for a memorable photo!
